The BMWSB subsidizes the installation of particulate filters in construction machinery with up to €4,000.
HJS offers proven products for excavators, wheel loaders and the like with the SMF®-ER and the SMF®-CRT. Applications can be submitted via the BAFA from April 15.
Construction machines do a lot – they are indispensable on building sites or in gardening and landscaping. Construction machinery without particle filters is no longer permitted in many public tenders and is not only harmful to the environment, but also to the health of workers.
Retrofitting particulate filters offers an economically interesting and sustainable alternative to decommissioning machines without diesel particulate filters (DPF).

HJS offers two basic solutions based on an extensive modular system
SMF®-ER: Simple solution for small motors up to 80 KW
The robust SMF®-ER has a particularly simple design. Analog pressure monitoring indicates the need for cleaning. Cleaning is easy with a high-pressure cleaner – it is not necessary to send in the filter.
SMF®-CRT: Simple solution for larger motors from 80 KW
The modular SMF®-CRT systems do not require any additional regeneration aids, additives or intervention in the engine management system. The HJS logger can be used to read off the current operating status and cleaning requirements of the filter system at any time.
